How I can forward the money to PPH account after Documents have been approved

Hi Team!

Please see my situation below.

I received a payment for a completed task to my Escrow account, then I received the letter from PH that my account is not confirmed (I should add some documnets), and at the same time my account was cancelled.

For now I added all the documents, confirmed an account. I see that status is "Documents have been approved", but payment is still on Escrow account. How I can forward the money to PPH account?

  Hi there, 

  You won't be able to withdraw your funds until the clearing period has passed (approximately 2 weeks). You can read more about this process here.

  After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed and once it has, it should reach your chosen account.

  Good day Today is the 15th day since the bill was paid. But the funds on my PPH account have not arrived, they are still in Escrow. Please help me with withdrawing money.
