App keeps crashing for 2 months

    Sorry to hear you’re having an issue with the app. We appreciate you taking the time to report this to us and have escalated this to our technical team to further investigate.

    We’re afraid however that as our mobile app needs to be restructured along with new features and improvements made, we’re not able to provide you with a specific timeframe for when this will be investigated and resolved. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. 

    While our team looks into the issue and further develops our mobile app, we ask that if you have any more difficulties, please use the desktop platform until we are able to carry out the necessary restructuring updates and get this resolved.
