No real help
What's it with these websites and no real human interaction? Instead, they opt for this empty complaint board that goes nowhere. Not even a bot that randomly gives you some off topic answer to your issue. I am trying to find out why my phone number, which is obviously legitimate, won't upload so I can finish my profile. Instead, it seems I find a thread of people with the same issue and apparently this website has done nothing to resolve it. This seems not only to be an issue with this website but hundreds of different websites. At least Amazon as horrible as that company is, has someone you can actually talk to.
