Kindly tell me how I convert my account into a seller account. So that I can post offer.

  Hi Saima, 

  Thanks for your question! I'm afraid you'd need to go through the application process to have a freelancer account. 

  The easiest way to do this is to look for the "Post Offer" option on your account (not the post-project) option. This should then direct you to fill out the freelancer application.
