not accepting the answer to my security question

I need to access to my payment setting to fill some information about the payment and send the invoice to the customer, but it's not accepting the answer to my security question.

I'm afraid there isn't a way to reset your security code manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this changed - sorry about that!
