can't transfer money from escrow
Good day Today is the 15th day since the bill was paid. But the funds on my PPH account have not arrived, they are still in Escrow. Please help me with withdrawing money.

Hi there Oleksandr, thanks for your message!
After the clearing period, you can then request a withdrawal of your money, where your request will be processed by our payments team within 2 working days.
If it's been more than 2 working days since you requested the withdrawal, then please email support@peopleperhour.com where a member of the team will be able to look into this for you.
