Payment Clearance on Offers
Hello,
I've made payments on two offers and on both of them there is a message saying the payment will clear 'in a few minutes'. This was 3 hours ago.
Can anyone tell me why it is taking so long to clear and if anything can be done about this?

Hi Yvie, sorry to hear this.
We are currently experiencing a delay with our payments pay-in processing due to a technical issue.
In this case, we've raised a ticket for you and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as they can to talk you through the next steps.
Please be aware that while the team works to resolve this issue, payments will take longer than usual to process. We hope to restore this back to normal operations asap and will update all users as soon as the usual processing resumes.
