Hi,

I moved to London in April. I'd like to change my address from Istanbul to London. Could you please help me? Which email address I can send a proof of address for this change?

  We're afraid there isn't a way to change your location manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this changed. They will then go through all the relevant steps with you, including proof of address.
