    Hi Zoe, thanks for getting in touch and really sorry to hear there has been a delay with your payment. 

    We experienced a delay with our payments pay-in processing due to a change made by our payments processing provider on 15th February.

    Please note that this only affected payments made, the issue does not affect our withdrawal process.

    If you are still experiencing an 'in progress' status, we are working through all affected users and will resolve your payment asap.

    All new payments made as of Feb 15th 22:00 GMT will be processed without issue.
