Pending payment after purchasing a service
I have agreed to a proposal by a seller and have paid for it through the PPH portal. However, the seller has been advised by PPH to not commence work as the payment has not cleared.
I can confirm that the payment has left my bank account, so I do not understand why there is a delay.

Hi both, thanks for getting in touch and really sorry to hear there has been delays to your payments.
We experienced a delay with our payments pay-in processing due to a change made by our payments processing provider on 15th February.
Please note that this only affected payments made, the issue does not affect our withdrawal process.
If you are still experiencing an 'in progress' status, we are working through all affected users and will resolve your payment asap. We will be in touch via email with updates, so please keep an eye out for any emails.

I have the same issue - paid for a service and the money left my bank account then seller never received so I paid again - both payments have been taken from my bank, however the seller has since cancelled on PPH. Will I get this money back? Seller now wants me to pay through PayPal but I'm already out of pocket having paid twice!!!
