Possible employer is fraudulent sending bad checks

Hello, I have been reached out to by a guy named Ricky W., he claims to be from legit company, but the check he sent me through email isn’t a company check. He’s been Assuring that the hospital name on the check is an affiliate company. I am still not too sure if I should process this check or not.
