My withdraw Option is not visible

    Hi Wajahat, thanks for your message. 

    It sounds like you are experiencing our payments process which is approximately a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.

    After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment method account.
