Why can’t we vet the time zone on our own? If we and the person hiring know the time difference, it isn’t really fair to be excluded from being able to submit proposals because of that. They should be able to decide or not if they want to work with someone in a different time zone. Almost all of the jobs I’ve seen are in a different time zone, so basically I can’t even use this app?
