Freelancer not responding
I have hired a freelancer to build a plugin for my website. I was unsure about the quality of this freelancer so tasked them to complete a smaller, less important plugin before starting the original request.
They almost completed the first task which i paid for via paypal. I am still waiting for details on how to use the the plugin. The freelancer has seen 3 of my messages but are still not responding. I have just checked his website & the phone numbers listed are invalid & the address is listed by a different business (barbor shop)
I have given the freelancer a week to respond so far. He messaged after being a day late to say he has had an emergency which i would completely understand, but not even responding after seeing my messages makes me very suspicious.
