No response from Freelancer & Workstream Error
I purchased a project 3 days ago and have yet to receive any response from the freelancer. I would like to request a refund but cannot see the option to send another message or request a refund in the workflow. Instead I am seeing this error message at the bottom of the workflow...

Does anyone know how I can request a refund?

We’re sorry to hear you're having some trouble!
Typically to raise your refund request, please click on the option Request Refund. It is right above the box where you type your messages to the freelancer under your mutual workstream.
However, it looks like you need to speak to the support team first. Please get in touch by emailing support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team will look into this for you.
