Client has paid but Withdraw option is not available
We are living in a pandemic. I can't withdraw urgent funds that were duly paid for by the client. What could possibly create such a delay?

Hi Alexander, thanks for your question.
It sounds like you are experiencing our payments process which is a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.
After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment account.
