Client has paid but Withdraw option is not available

    Hi Alexander, thanks for your question.

    It sounds like you are experiencing our payments process which is a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.

     After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment account.

    Hello

    For me, 14 days are over but still, I cannot withdraw payments. Is it a must to do the identification process before withdrawing??
