Client has paid, it has been 2 weeks, but Withdraw option is not available
The two weeks required for the processing of pay have lapsed but I still cannot access the funds. What is the issue?

Hi Alexander,
In regards to withdrawing your money, you will need to go through a clearing period that lasts approximately 2 weeks, depending on your profile. You can read more about this below:
To complete a withdrawal request go to Actions >> View Earnings on your profile.
You will be able to see your current clearing period on the same page, under the Control Panel section.
