PPH ignoring my requests for refund of £685.60 as developer decided not to start project

    Hi Mike, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear what's happened. We can see on our system that you have been in touch with the support team who have now provided you with the next best steps on how to get this resolved. 

    Sorry to hear you felt like we were ignoring you. Please be assured that this wasn't the case at all. Due to how our ticket system works, sending multiple emails attached to the same ticket causes delays. This is because tickets are sorted based on the date of a customer's last reply, which meant your query kept getting pushed to the back of the queue. 

    Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
