    Hi Matt, sorry to hear that you wish to make a complaint. 

    We're afraid we don't have a separate email for filing a complaint and when lodging a complaint, you'd need to get in touch with the support team directly.

    We can see that your query was escalated as part of our internal complaints process to the appropriate team and investigated by a senior member of staff, however, after carrying out our investigation and looking into this further, we're afraid there's nothing further we can do. 

    We appreciate that you don't feel this has been resolved but please be assured that your query has been taken seriously and looked into in great detail. 

    Please continue to speak to the customer support team if you have any more questions and someone will be able to help and provide further updates when there are any.

    Can I please be provided with details of how it was handled then as I have received nothing other than through the support team.

    You can send any relevant documentation pertaining to how it was handled directly on email and how they came to the conclusion that there was nothing further they could do.
