    Hey, this happened to me as well. Just uninstall it and reinstall it again and it will work. It is a bug in PPH API. Hope it helps.

    Hi Neil ,
    I uninstalled the app around 10 times and reinstalled it . It didn’t work for me . Are you receiving your notifications over ios app ?

    Yes, but I am using version 2.9.0 (old version) because the latest app is not working for me either. I don't know why they don't fix this basic shit.

    Yes , the older one was also working for me . Is there any way to switch the app to the older version ? Or can you send me the older verison app ? Any help would be appreciated

    Hey, 
    No, this isn't possible. You cannot downgrade an app because it will give you compatibility error in iOS. I have two phones, in old iphone the old app version is fine/working, but in the new one the latest version is not working.
    You should contact PPH support via email and ask them to send you the old app version.

    Hello Younis,

    This situation happened to me last year November and i informed more times and every time says they need some times to fix it. But every time i told as soon as fix this issue. I tried change phone and reinstall app more times it is a app issues and i don't know when they fix it. Im really disappointed with that issue :(
