I'm unable to raise an invoice

Hi team,

I've just completed my first freelance assignment through People Per Hour. However, I am unable to raise an invoice for payment.

I get the error message:

"It seems like you haven't filled in your Address, your Tax/Company details and your Withdrawal Account details. Please click here to fill them in and make sure that your Withdrawal account has been approved before you can create an Invoice."

I have connected my PayPal account for payment and filled in all tax/company details as required.

Can you help?
