Withdrawal not processed
Hi,
Anyone else facing issue with payment processing? I was informed by customer support that there is a system error and they have no idea when withdrawals will get processed

Hi both, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you've been waiting a while for your payments to be processed. We're currently looking into this and have created new tickets for you - these will be escalated to the appropriate team to investigate further.

Why are some payments being processed and not others? Surely if there were technical issues, they wouldn't be able to process any payments?! Also, why is there no notification on the homepage about withdrawal issues? It all seems very suspicious to me, and to be honest I'm really starting to lose faith in the platform after being loyal for 7 years plus. I'm waiting for 4 payments now, one from Thursday 24th March and the others from the beginning of this week. I really don't feel like taking on any more work until I can be sure I'm going to get paid. This seems to be happening more and more frequently, and it's not fair when we've worked hard for our money.
