Client not paid the work or responding to my messages.

Client become unresponsive to my messages/ invoice.
I worked on the project made all the changes updates that were requested from the client.
It's going on for months, client response slowly every 2 weeks after i write to him and send updated designs, made the changes sent him back for review ..another two week passed.
The project is completed, client not responded to my last 5 messages sent in the last month.
I messaged again and sent the invoice a week ago , still no reesponse, while he was online today Mar 31 2022.
Please contact him or help me sort out this, it's not the first time this happens here.
