What was paid and what was refunded.
I has a project with 500USD flat fee.
The first 250USD was funded (From what I remember) and the last 250USD was put into Escrow.
The project was cancelled due to lack of communication. The 250USD, from what I understood, would be refunded to my credit card (Please tell me if this is wrong)
I'm communicating with that particular individual again about reestablish the contract with a newer timeline and a better communication policy.
However, we can't seem to agree on how much was paid vs how much I got back.
I admit that I suck at accountanting and usually rely on my accountant for numbers details but on here it's all on me. Can someone at PPH look at my accountant and tell me if I paid? I believe if I start up the project again that it's now only 250USD but the freelancer seems to think it's 500USD still as no 250USD was paid and I was refunded everything.
Where can I go to check this? To prove I paid in part or that PPH actually refunded all my money?
AND does the money go back to me or sit on PPH waiting to be used?
