Page Doesn't Exist

I've had a message from PPH saying my proposal has been accepted. I click on the link to the workstream and I get Oops! That page doesn't exist. I see that there are several posts on this from a couple of years ago and that it has caused real problems for freelancers. I hope that this time it gets fixed quickly because this really isn't fair on either us as the freelancers or on the clients.

  That might be because the post was a fraud. I am noticing that a lot of job Ads are either scammers or recruiters trying to recruit people via PPH and not pay via PPH.
