    Hi again,

    I didn't know I have to provide my location by both country and city.

    So I provided my location by only country.

    Today I have provided my phone number then I have received the following message from you.

    The country and city on your profile were automatically updated to the location from where you access PPH. This is in line with our policy. 
    If you believe this is wrong, you can contact our CS team and provide a proof of location, such as a utility bill. 


    I hope you will activate my account.
