Narration in a local language (Shona and another section in English)

I have a book written in two parts: one part is in English and the other is in Shona an African vernacular language used in Zimbabwe. Both texts are different and so would have to be read into the audio book I am planning. Would the narrator also be able to do narration to ACX standards and upload the completed product for global distribution via Amazon, Apple etc?
