Account suspension due to sanctions

Hello. I have a question about UN sanctions. I have a registration in the Donetsk region, but I live in the Dnieper. I am Ukrainian, according to my passport and residence permit. I am not a citizen of the DPR. Will my account be blocked after verification?
And can I get paid?
