Freelancer rights
Hey guys
Hope you are well, its the second time this is happening with me that i went to PPH support with an issue and it ended up in a huge disappointment.
First time:
Last month, i worked for a guy who needed a website. He gave me a website telling me to copy this design with their content.
I did that and once i was done, and had done 2 revisions. He changed the site url and said i have done the wrong site.
I went to PPH support and they said to delete my work and refund the client. They said I am Absolutely right and Buyer is wrong here, but they cant do anything because the buyer would leave a bad review.
And then now, A client from last years Oct, complaint them about me that i have not completed the project. I did one milestone and didnt do the second. I was only paid one milestone for which i had already done the work and i dont wish to continue the whole project. But PPH has blocked my withdrawls and are saying that i should sort it out with the client myself.
I went to trustpilot to check the reviews and i can see that i am not the only one who thinks that freelancer has no protection on this platform.
This is a community, can we voice our opinion to protect the freelancers here?
