How do I pay the the freelancer for the job done?

Hi,

I cannot find at Help Centre the answer to my question.

I paid the down payment and now I want to pay the balance but I cannot find the way on the web site.

Can you please help me?

  Hi there, 

  The freelancer may need to raise the invoice, which should then show on the workstream. Once agreed, this will release the funds, plus you can make any additional payments if needed. If you're still having issues may be worthwhile submitting a ticket to PPH.
