    Hi there, thanks for getting in touch and we're sorry to hear you were affected by the delay in your payment being processed. We appreciate that this would have been frustrating to experience, and for that, we apologise. 

    There is an error in the system which is being investigated by the relevant team, we currently do not have any more information. We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

    We're currently looking into this and have escalated your current ticket on our system to the appropriate team to investigate further. 

    Once there is an update about your withdrawal, you will be informed by a member of our support team.

    Same here, reach to support and their reply was:

     

    (08:48:27 AM) Margarita: We have just been informed that there is an error on the system that processes withdrawals and withdrawals are not processed at the moment. This is why you notice this delay. We are terribly sorry about this!
    (08:48:32 AM) Margarita: Once the issue is resolved, we will start processing withdrawals on a chronological order. Rest assured that as soon as your withdrawal is processed, you will be informed accordingly via email.

     

    No info on any timeline...

    THey are giving this fake excuse since last month now they dont have to money to pay. Some sort of big corruption is going on this platform i am quiet dubious now
