Hi all, thanks for getting in touch and sharing your concerns. We're sorry to hear you were affected by the delay in your payment being processed. We appreciate that this has been frustrating to experience, and for that, we apologise.

There is an error in the system which is being investigated by the relevant team, we currently do not have any more information. We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We're currently looking into this and have escalated or created a ticket for each of you on our system. This will be thoroughly investigated by the payments team. Once there is an update about your withdrawal, you will be informed by a member of our support team.

Thanks again for your understanding and patience.

    Best wishes,

    The Community Team

Same here reached to support and their answer is:

(08:48:27 AM) Margarita: We have just been informed that there is an error on the system that processes withdrawals and withdrawals are not processed at the moment. This is why you notice this delay. We are terribly sorry about this!
(08:48:32 AM) Margarita: Once the issue is resolved, we will start processing withdrawals on a chronological order. Rest assured that as soon as your withdrawal is processed, you will be informed accordingly via email.

No info on timeline or anything, just, we will process when we get around to it and let you know...

They haven't 'just' been informed about this glitch at all.  It's been ongoing since last Tuesday and they've had loads of complaints.  Of course, UK freelancers have a Bank Holiday today which holds things up even more.  Seems to be a problem with their third party payment processor (World Pay) as the end of last month was the same.

Try to withdraw money before last week of month seems to be the answer.  Totally rubbish way to run a business.  How about putting a blog or banner on the website informing us????

I have filed with .gov website, I urge anyone else to do the same. PPH have been ripping people off for far too long. I've been waiting 7 days now for a withdrawal, on top of the 14 day holding, it's beyond a joke, and at this point a scam.

This is the same excuse I got last month "We have just been informed that there is an error on the system that processes withdrawals and withdrawals are not processed at the moment. This is why you notice this delay. We are terribly sorry about this!"

    Something fishy is going on!

At least you got a response, my submission has been ignored!!

Will we be compensated for getting paid thousands of pounds late and having to use our credit?

The same has happened to me. I don't know what's going on with the company. It's their consecutive 3rd month of paying late to freelancers.

Indeed fake excuses each time, there is no holiday any other holiday day, just they keep the money to make profits, if the money on the bank then imagine how much interest they have done. Now when they read this they will come running “no sir your money is still in the escrow”. Just a bunch of lies every day

I feel really sorry about pph they were the best platform even better than Upwork yet after they release this new payment feature which is 14 days period they go down and back after Fiverr.

They no evolve or new features just a few people don't “get the job done” which there slogan btw :(

Your team informed me 2 hours ago. They will proceed with the payments today,  what's wrong? Why won't you tell the truth, did you get any hacks to strip all the money?

let PPH say and send a sorry email. Let pph show some respect like other platforms send us a sorry email and explain what was the technical issue???

    SHOW SOME RESPECTS

“Amer” I was told the same today, so far nothing. Last week their CS “Sofia” told me it is their platform policy to hold it 48 more hours because I request withdraw in the afternoon today the other CS “ Margarita” said it’s their payment system error!

It seems like they are trained to lie only.

Also, receive the 1st of 3 withdrawal requests from last week.

    More than 7 days afterward.
