Withdrawal Request - No money after a week!
I put in a request for my money on the 26th April - you still have not processed it.
You say "We understand the importance of getting paid or paying your freelancer under our platform. ....." Well prove it and keep your side of the bargain - this is really not good enough!

There is an error in the system which is being investigated by the relevant team, we currently do not have any more information. We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We're currently looking into this and have escalated your query to the payments team to investigate. Once there is an update about your withdrawal, you will be informed by a member of our support team.

Hello there, PPH.
I have not reached the stage where I'm concerned about a payment going through, but I do have a related question.
What is the timescale from project completion to the moment when the funds will be made available for withdrawal? At the moment, the online advice states that money originating from earnings can't be withdrawn until it has 'cleared.' Is there a specific timescale for money to clear?
