Buyer Fees even if it is canceled it is illegal
I just canceld 2 times now 1st the one I prepaid and 2nd for cancel right after becasue freelancer can not do it and getting it back the money however still you charge a fee twice even I cancel which it is illegal so I am waiting to get back the buyer fee for both. You can not take a a buyer fee if it cancel if it is a refund also you can not.

Non of your team got back to me yet. Please reply here and tell everyone if you do take a buyer fee or not if i the buyer cancel. It should not be like that. It is not an airline ticket which you charge for to cancel. No pace online like amazon etc if you buy and cancel or refund as a buyer should still pay an extra feee as I said I checked with my lawyer say it here in public do you take or you think it is a mistake.
I order something and right away I canceld becasue freelancer says he can not do it I paid $50 I got it back however you took me still $5 and as well I repaid the job post in advance could not find the right person so I canceld I got back the $30 however you still took me $3 buyer fee which it is illegal. So if a buyer prepaid the the task and canceld due not find the right person why do you still charge a buyer for the refund or for to cancel it, it is illegal!
As well the the 2nd one I canceld after 2 mins right after due to the freelancer could not do it he did not understand it I got it back a refund however you still took a buyer fee which it is incorrect in business. If it is cancel or refund you can NOT take a buyer a fee.
