Buyer issue
I have a Buyer named Tayo who kept getting working without passing the invoice & in that process,I finished the whole work
I even sent the full working code
But after that he kept saying he is unhappy without giving any bugs,changes or screenshot or videos plus he even ignored my request of showing working code & app in his own device.
He violated PPH's terms by using my figma file designs to use it with a freelancer named 'Shahil' which I gave proof as well,I even warned customer support staff Margarita that afer recieving the code,he will try to get full refund
So I raised a dispute of 3300 gbp & inreturn pph cancelled it & gave him refund by saying you have got 50% of the project amount which should be enough (Where I finished the full product)
PPH is refusing to even check that he has violated the terms,never gave feedback where now after working for 6 months I am in huge loss
This should be checked by higher authorities as client has fooled everyone

After further investigation by a senior member of the support team and in accordance with Section 7 of our T&Cs, we're not able to change our decision or look into this any further - we're sorry for any frustration caused but this. As explained by customer support, the next steps would be to contact the buyer via the workstream directly and come to an agreement.
