    Hi Aakash, thanks for your message, and sorry to hear you've been left feeling disappointed by your experience with PeoplePerHour. 

    After further investigation by a senior member of the support team and in accordance with Section 7 of our T&Cs, we're not able to change our decision or look into this any further - we're sorry for any frustration caused but this. As explained by customer support, the next steps would be to contact the buyer via the workstream directly and come to an agreement.
