cannot add cover image - new to PPH

cannot add image - ive uploaded, at accepted the image but when i save and go to my profile, no cover image is shown. tried multiple times

  Hi Jan, 

  Thanks for getting in touch. Have you uploaded an image smaller than 1600x500 pixels? This is the minimum image size required.

  My cover image has a 4000x1200 px dimension
