    Hi Tim, thanks for your message on the forum. 

    I'm afraid there isn't a way to reset your security code manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this changed - sorry about that! 

    We can see that you were in touch recently to request this. The support team responded and requested identification documents in order to verify your identity as the account holder, but we never heard back from you. We've raised another ticket for you to get this resolved, the support team will be in touch soon to get this information from you and get your security question reset.
