continued lack of service
Good evening,
it's months and months that I'm unable to enter my profile, and consequently my money.
I've communicated with support in every single way, and all they can answer is that the dedicated team is working on it (in almost one full year they've not contacted me, they're working really hard on the bug...) without giving me an alternative way to access the profile. (I'm sure they can give me a direct link or something, but for some strange reason they always ignore my request)
I cannot update my profile, I cannot be active with offers, and clearly I cannot get my well deserved money.
Considering that support is not helping at all, I want to ask to the other users if they know how can I make an official complaint for that absurd situation, some kind of authority that controls that kind of platforms.
