The Referral Program Improvements

1. I think PeoplePerHour should link the short custom URL (pph.me/myurl) to the referral program. That would ensure that anyone who came through our personalized URL and signed up is counted as a referral.

2. Likewise, any registered user (including those signing up without a referral link) should have an option, within a limited time, to add the referrer details, in case they missed using a link somehow but were actually referred by someone. That would bring equal opportunities and fairness as there can only be one referrer anyway.
