releasing funds in escrow account

I've just completed a job on People Per Hour my client has paid the invoice but I can't release the funds, it says funds are available but not accepted for withdrawing

 

please help

  Hi Ian, 

   

  To withdraw your money, you will need to first go through a clearing period that lasts approximately 2 weeks, depending on your profile. You can read more about this below:

  After this time, you'll then be able to withdraw your funds, which typically takes 2 working days to process. 

  To complete a withdrawal request go to Actions >> View Earnings on your profile.

  You will also be able to see your current clearing period on the View Earnings Page, under the Control Panel section.
