Moderated Workstream
Hi, I am a buyer. I contacted my freelancer about the detail of an offer 2 days ago. I only did one single chat without anything unusual inside. 3 hours ago I bought their project and then suddenly in my chat/workstream there is this message : "Uh-oh! Your WorkStream was moderated
Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions. For that reason, your message never reached ... "
This makes my chat disabled. This is very crucial, I need to be able to communicate with my freelancer so they can finish the task.
I thought this was because I forgot to verify the email. Now i have verified my email but the "moderated" still persist on my workstream/chat
Please help to re-enable this chat
