Forced by Admin to continue working with a dishonest seller
Over a month ago I placed an order with a seller to deliver some links and after chasing the seller for updates constantly I opted to get a refund. The seller produced a link showing the work has been completed but without even bothering to look at the link which wasnt even a valid link Admin proceeded to force me to negotiate with seller rather than cancel the sell like I had asked. I gave the seller over 30 days for work that should have been completed with a week.
I applied for a refund again as the work wasn't delivered. The seller then produced yet a different link saying the work had been completed. Admin again didnt bother to check against what I had paid for and was the seller was delivering before cancelling my request for a refund. The new link provide only included 1 link when I had paid for 3 link placements. Again I applied for a partial refund and while this is now being considered the seller has gone and added a second link(still missing one as I paid for 3). Again rather than the Admin even make the effort to ask why I want a refund or even ask the seller why they are awaiting until I ask for a refund before they produce the work I paid for. The Admin dealing with this issue lacks the customer service skills just as much as the seller. Considering the seller has lied throughout the process claiming they are not sure of any issues with the order when you can clearly see messages of me chasing for delivering almost every week. Its now 44 days since I placed the order and the seller has yet to complete the work and I am forced to continue dealing with this liar by Admin. The service overall by both the seller and PPH Admin has been a huge disappointment. Major improvements are needed in dealing with complaints.
