Money disappearing
On 13 June, (18 days ago) I sent £246 from my bank to my PPH account - it didn't arrive.
Since then I have sent maybe 10 emails/tickets to customer support - I got one reply from Vicky in support on 15 June saying she was dealing with the matter - silence since.
This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have spent £30,000 over the years on the PPH platform but are now moving our business to other, more professional/responsive, services.
Is anyone else experiencing problems?
