Just need your views on this scenario: 'The buyer requested for a refund in escrow, while the job is on the process"
As per Mr. Dan's Job Posting, He will hire or award the job of Doing his 'Business ROI' when he had finished the Business Plan, so the ROI could be done detailed and accurate. And 3 weeks after his job posting, he awarded me the job. (That means he have done the Business Plan). Then after he hired me, he asked me not to do first the ROI because he's currently doing the Business Plan, which is contradictory to the Job Posting he made. The job posting said, he will award the job to someone when he had done finishing the Business Plan. ✓ I don't want a refund, I said to him I can wait. I can extend help doing his Business Plan, but he hasn't responded to that kind gesture. ✓ I have long message (queries) and yet her reply doesn't clarify the things I have to know. ✓ He have waisted 4 Days of time, where in that 4 days I've done the following: review the draft business plan he attached, I've prepaid also a few formats of the ROI. I spend time on searching for the sample format in the same industry. ✓ He said we have different timezone that's why he end the contract, for i.e. it's 12:00midnight here (freelancers time) and it's at 8:00am in (Buyers Time). I'm still awake waiting for his instructions, I'm on my phone till 1:00am in the early morning just to adjust on our timezone and hoping for his signal to do the 'ROI'✓ Mr. DAN's (Buyer) fault is that he hired me w/out considering that he isn't done on the Business Plan. (I have my screenshot ready to prove I'm awake at 12:00am to 1:59am just waiting for her signal and adjust on the time).
°•° Am I entitled to be paid on the 4 Days Waisted time iniin my side as a freelancer, or will Peopleperhour just release the refund to the buyer? Need expert on this scenario.

I'm very disappointed on the buyer, he just waisted my time, my effort on pre-paring formats of the ROI, I have watched also several YouTube videos on ROI formats. With his fault on hiring me w/out thinking he's not ready or done on the business plan.

I should be paid at least a compensation for the time wasted on the clients fault. Mr. Dan's act/decision is irresponsible. His reason is "the time difference between us" wherein fact, i'm always awake at the evening up to the early morning of 2:00am, wake up at 6:30am see my phone and look for the email and his instructions.
