If buyer asks to contact via skype?

Hi guys!

I am new to people per hour. I want to double check if the buyer asks for skype contact and communicates there, is it ok to communicate on skype? If not, then what is the best course of action?

  Thank you for your suggestions. The scammers are disguising themselves by offering proofreading jobs. Now I believe that Proof reading jobs do not exist.
