    Hi all, 

    Thanks for getting in touch. So what has likely happened is that the changes you made to your application were approved, but your application overall was rejected. 

    We're sorry that your application was not accepted. Please understand we have a very high volume of applications and in order to protect our existing community we have to put strict limits on our application process.

    Please note that we do not offer an appeal process for applications that are rejected. We suggest that you look through our help article on Why Your Application Was Declined and try to reapply in 3 months time. We will not accept a resubmission until then.

    I also have similar issue i also open my profile and tries to send a proposals to my clients it says " You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved " . 

    Kindly resolve this issue on priority

    dear sir/ madam

    I recently received email of my profile acceptance in peoples per hour. But when i open my profile and tries to send a proposals to my clients it says " You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved " . 

    Kindly guide me how to fix this issue?

    same issue, literally just set up profile, got approved an hour ago yet i cant submit proposals as it says i need to set up a freelance profile, but you literally just told me that has been successful. The above reply off PPH is not acceptable, there is a fault here that needs rectifying? Before you suggest something daft like signing out and in and clearing cache, ive done all that...what's the issue please? Or is your platform as useless as Fivver?
