Its almost two months now (14 Jun) since I first reported that £246 being transferred from our bank account did not appear in my PPH account.
I have chased this up a number of times and had the occasional note saying it will be attended to. I had spent £30000 via PPH but will not continue due to the horrendous service. Two months and nothing heard back- What a disgrace.
There are a number of much more professional platforms where we are now directing our business.
