Lack of Support
Since the webchat has gone there is zero instant support.
I raised a query regarding a currency discrepancy over 15 days ago and zero response.
Email community over a month ago about promoting - zero response despite responding on LinkedIn that it is the correct email address.
I have raised 4 days ago plagiarism of content this was acted on and I again followed up with yet another fraudulent seller doing the same - zero response and still live.
Now had a new order, the workstream has been moderated/blocked and there is no one to turn to.
