Why I couldn't post my offer in PPH?

Hello,
I created my offer in PeoplePerHour by following all rules of PPH.
But every time after creating my offer I click the post-offer button but it can't take my offer. I also complete this section (PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR OFFER, OPTIMIZED FOR SEARCH RESULTS) within below 150 words. Nevertheless, the post-offer button didn't work. I hope PPH will give a solution to this problem.
